Cooking Instructions :
- Dried abalone must be rehydrated before cooking to soften the texture and allow flavors to develop.
- Soak abalone in clean water for 1–2 days (depending on size). Trim away the gut and mouth, and clean the edges thoroughly.
- Boil abalone in plain water for 30 minutes, then discard the water.
- Replace with fresh water and simmer for 4 hours, adding ingredients like old chicken and pork ribs.
- For larger abalone, braise again the next day for an additional 4–6 hours with similar ingredients

- Store in the refrigerator at 0–8°C.
