Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

1. Shipping Within Hong Kong (Local)
We offer reliable local delivery across Hong Kong via local courier.

2. Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)

We ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse to your doorstep in the UK.

Additional Information & Policies

  1. P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address for delivery.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (UK Only): International orders to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the UK. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges.

  3. Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  4. Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel's journey.

  5. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
