  • Currency: Prices are displayed in either HKD or GBP depending on your location.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes & Duties: For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the customer is the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by UK authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible "change of mind" returns.
  • UK Statutory Rights: We acknowledge the UK Consumer Rights Act for faulty goods and the 14-day cancellation period for non-perishable lifestyle items, provided they are returned in original condition.
