Soup Pack Ingredients:
Morel mushroom, Chinese yam (Huai Shan), white lotus seeds, fox nut (Qian Shi), glossy seaweed (Hai Yu Zhu), dried longan, cashew nuts, conch slices, dried scallops, cordyceps flower, goji berries, lily bulbs, red dates.

Morel Mushroom Preparation:
Dry roast the morel mushroom in a clean pan to remove sand, then soak and wash thoroughly. Cut it in half and blanch in boiling water before cooking.

Soup Preparation Method:
One soup pack (about 4-5 servings) and 500g lean meat/chicken/pork leg (optional as preferred)

Steps:
1. Blanch the meat to remove blood and impurities, set aside.
2.Rinse the soup pack ingredients lightly.
3.Put all ingredients and meat in about 3 liters of water.
4.Bring to boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat for about 2 to 2.5 hours.
5.Season with a little salt and enjoy a delicious, nourishing soup.
