Soup Pack Ingredients:
White-backed black fungus, hawthorn, monk fruit, salvia root (Dan Shen), Chinese red dates (Nan Zao).
Method:
1. Soak the black fungus in water until soft.
2. Trim off the hard parts of the soaked fungus and cut into thin strips.
3. Rinse other ingredients.
4. Slightly crush the monk fruit.
5. Boil 8 bowls of water on high heat.
6.Add all ingredients.
7. Once boiling, simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
Can be consumed as water; either chilled or hot.

2.Refrigerate before serving.
